Social Media at Capstone
As Associate Marketing Manager at Capstone Logistics, I managed the full lifecycle of social media initiatives for three companies: Capstone Logistics, Logistical Labs, and LoadDelivered Logistics. This included developing comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each brand’s unique goals and audience, creating and curating content aligned with branding guidelines, and managing content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging posting. Capstone Logistics
Before I began managing social media for Capstone, posts were made on a purely ad hoc basis without a clear strategy. I conducted a comprehensive social media audit and competitive analysis to assess the landscape and identify opportunities for improvement. Using these insights, I developed a detailed social media strategy, implemented a streamlined posting process, and introduced a content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality posting.













Logistical Labs
Logistical Labs, a subsidiary of Capstone specializing in logistics technology, had an underutilized LinkedIn presence with minimal posting activity. I revitalized the account by creating a cohesive visual identity and tone for its posts, and implemented a structured posting schedule to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.










LoadDelivered Logistics
LoadDelivered Logistics operated as a standalone entity under the Capstone umbrella until it was rebranded and fully merged with the parent company in December 2020. From August 2019 through the merger, I managed its social media accounts, as well as those for Capstone and Logistical Labs, tailoring content and strategies for each unique audience.
